The stories on this web site were written and produced by Gavin Owen. He spent seven years as a full-time Christian schools worker, regularly visiting over 30 primary schools across the home county of Wiltshire in England. He took over 1,400 school assemblies, telling the Bible stories that he wrote to over 10,000 children. At the end of this time, he decided to share his stories with the wider world, hoping that they would be of use to other Christians teaching and sharing the Bible, to parents and, of course, to children.

The Bible is the written inerrant Word of God given by verbal plenary inspiration. Nothing is to be added or subtracted from the canon of 66 books, and it is as such the supreme and final authority.

During Jack's childhood, his father's family gathered on his grandparents' front porch most Sunday afternoons and swapped stories. Jack's storytelling improved when he worked as a barber to pay for university and seminary.

The Biblelessons4kidz.com team is a group of people who are passionate about reaching the next generation with the gospel of Christ. We are Christian parents who believe that our kids really can dig deeper into God’s Word. With this in mind, we have written a comprehensive series of Bible lessons for kids that teach the truth of scripture to children. Each lesson is thoughtfully and prayerfully written in order to be biblically accurate, relevant and interesting. New lessons and devotionals will be added to this website as they are developed.
